It is one of my favorite techniques, and it is called bleaching. These cards are created with SU Paper that has now been retired since "Color Renovation". The stamp set is a classic standard for me it is called "Buggies and Booties". Some dry embossing and border punches to create the "Vintage Look".If you need further informatin please email me.
